A good mobile appointment starts with access, not a complicated checklist. Remove valuables and loose personal items, make room around the vehicle, and add notes for gates, parking rules, pet hair, stains, salt, or another condition that changes the work.

Clear what you do not want handled

Take out valuables, paperwork, chargers, loose change, bags, and anything private. The goal is not to make the vehicle clean before we arrive. It is to make the surfaces and storage areas you want addressed reachable without guessing what should stay in place.

Child seats can remain if you do not want the area beneath them cleaned. If you do want that area reached, remove the seat before the appointment and reinstall it yourself afterward according to its instructions. We do not publish a blanket promise about removing or reinstalling safety equipment.

Give the mobile rig a workable location

We bring our own water and electricity, so you do not need to plan a hose or outlet. The location still needs safe, legal room around the vehicle. A driveway or approved parking space works better than a tight area where doors cannot open or equipment would sit in traffic.

For a workplace or apartment, handle property permission before the visit. Put gate instructions, parking limits, and the best way to find the vehicle in the booking notes. If the location is unusual, message us before booking instead of hoping it will work on arrival.

Describe condition, not just the package name

A short note such as 'dog hair in the rear seats,' 'winter salt in both front footwells,' or 'rough paint after highway driving' is more useful than writing 'very dirty.' Specific notes help separate a routine reset from extraction, heavy salt work, pet-hair removal, or decontamination.

Photographs can help when the condition is concentrated in one area. Use the contact route if you need to ask before choosing. Appointment selection itself still belongs on Booksy.

What to have ready when we arrive

Make sure the vehicle is present, accessible, and ready to be opened. If keys, building access, or parking permission require another person, coordinate that before the appointment window. Weather and platform terms remain on the live booking profile rather than being restated here.

That is the whole preparation goal: fewer surprises, clear access, and an honest description of the vehicle. You do not need to organize a miniature shop at home. We bring the working setup.
